School dinner menu
School lunches, since August 2022, are supplied by Caterlink catering services. This is not the only exciting change though - our kitchen can now cook all lunches from fresh. This is a huge change because before August 2022 lunches were cooked at another school and delivered to us. The food we produce is now incredible!
We have a 3-week rolling menu, which is sent to parents.
School meals are charged at £2.35 per day for children in Years 3, 4, 5 and 6.
Children in Foundation Stage 2, Year 1 and Year 2 can have free school meals - called 'Universal infant free school meals'.
If your child is in Years 3, 4, 5 or 6 they may be eligible for free school meals if you get any of the following:
- Income support
- Income-based jobseeker's allowance
- Income-related employment and support allowance
- Support under Part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999
- The guaranteed element of Pension Credit
- Child tax credit (provided you’re not also entitled to working tax credit and have an annual gross income of no more than £16,190)
- Working tax credit run-on - paid for four weeks after you stop qualifying for working tax credit.
- Universal credit with annual net earned income of less than £7,400
